Princess Sofia Cake



The What: Princess Sofia birthday cake.



 



I knew I wanted to make the cake look like Princess Sofia's dress and purple. That's it! I drew out some ideas... A lot of ideas! Made a modeling chocolate tiara. Later I ix nayed the idea.

I ended up doing 4 alternating layers of 2 different purples and white buttercream frosting.

 

The finished cake.

 

 

Rolled the fondant into 'pearls'. store bought candy pearls for the edge of the dress.

Seahawks

The What: Seahawks inspired cookies and cake.. Green and Blue.

Sesame Street Birthday

 

 The What: Sesame Street birthday cake.

All the messy layers.

Not wanting a lot of Fondant, I frosted the entire cake white.



Fondant sign, letters, and balls.

It's so happy!

That first Slice... Hack job. I only had a plastic knife!

Cake is almost bigger than the birthday boy!
